New House For     The Waterworks          Pump Station     With architectural lines in keeping with the plans for a more beautiful Lake Placid, the new house for the pumping station of the waterworks, bids for which are being sought by the town commission, will be an attractive structure.     The structure, to be of brick, will be 25x40 feet and is to be situated on Lake Serena.
